Chef knife style made from 8670 steel with Desert Ironwood handles. This knife has the weight to take care of whatever protein you are preparing and the sharpness to finely chop any vegetables to go with it. It is hand sharpened to a fine edge and the handle is hand sanded to make it smooth and soft. Overall length of the knife is 11.5 inches with a cutting edge of 7 inches.

Care Note: These knives are not meant for the dishwasher. They are not stainless steel and should be cleaned after using with soap and water and oiled with food grade safe oil (i.e. mineral oil). Knife may develop a patina over time, this is natural due to the acidity of various foods.
